Construction

Machine or hand made, two-piece set-up boxes. Can be nested for easy storage and to minimize freight costs. Single sizes are also available with a minimum.

Size in Inches

Hat boxes assembled by machine are available only in specific sizes.

Base Material

For hat boxes smaller than 7 inches in diameter, the sidewalls are 36 point and the top and bottom die cuts are 48 point.

For hat boxes with diameters of 8 to 18 inches, the side walls are 48 point and the tops and bottoms are 60 point.

For diameters of 19 inches and larger, both side walls and top and bottom die cuts are 60 point. Black board is available and stocked in 40 point and 55 point. Other weights can be ordered.

Finishes / Coatings

A wide array is available including coated/uncoated papers, white vat lined, black vat-1 side stained chip.

Proofs / Approvals

Ink draw down (roll outs), bluelines; hotstamp foil charts available; paper samples; swatches. On-press approvals can be arranged for large orders.

Delivery

Usually 4 to 6 weeks from approved order and art. Orders greater than 2,500 pieces may need a longer lead-time and can be quoted upon request.
