Any restocking fees will be waived and a return label for free return shipping will be provided.

If ShoppingBags.com is not at fault for the return:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees.

Once your returned items are received and reviewed, any applicable refunds will be credited to the card used at purchase.
